3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
• Follow all pre-test instructions (like fasting) as provided
• Be available at the scheduled time for sample collection
• Keep your login credentials secure

4. Payments and Refunds

All test fees must be paid in advance. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation is made 24 hours before sample collection
• 50% refund if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before collection
• No refund after sample collection has been completed

5. Limitation of Liability

Our service acts as an intermediary between patients and certified laboratories. While we ensure high standards, we are not liable for:

• Any diagnosis or treatment decisions made based on test results
• Delays in sample collection or result delivery due to unforeseen circumstances
• Inaccuracies in results that originate from the laboratory

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
